chunky short uk welsh bhm here, just over the 21 stone mark

i always go for a big gain during the month of december and looking to make this year the biggest gain ever. 14-20lbs i hope. i really dont know how acheiveable this would be but i am up for it.

are any of you gents or ffa up for it as well?
