This is my yearly contribution to my family's Christmas food fiesta! If you haven't had them (they're a Canadian treat) you're missing out!
I didn't cut into them yet so you can only see the glossy, chocolate top layer. The middle layer is a custardy butter icing and the bottom layer is graham cracker/chocolate cookie.
