okay you experts i'm having problems with my audio, I can't hear a clear sound, it sounds like it's all scrambled & like it's off distant.

it's happened before on youtube & now it's doing it even with a news video just say for instance a news video on yahoo, I've cleared my history, but it's gotten worse.

I can see the videos but I just can't hear them clearly.
