~BBW, ~~WG, Feeding - Short story about a woman who is shocked out of her gluttonous routine to push past a plateau.
When Cindy pulled into her driveway after a long day and work and a stressful commute home she was ready for dinner. She hoped Mike had brought home plenty to eat from work. Her mouth was instinctively watering in anticipation of the ribs, shredded pork smothered in barbecue sauce and cornbread. She turned off the car and did her customary rock back and forth to get enough momentum to lift her big ass out of the low slung Pontiac seat. Once out she tugged her tight skirt back into place she hurried into the house as fast as her aching feet would take her in her heels.
Cindy had known back when she and Mike had first started dated she would no doubt put on weight since he owned a local BBQ joint and she had low willpower and a tendency to pile the padding on her hips if she did not count calories. In college she had to jog three miles four times a week to keep from stretching her jeans to the max. Plus Mike was an old fashioned, simple straight to the point type of guy. He said outright on the second or third date that he liked Cindy’s larger then average ass and would try to grow it a bit if they continued dating. It was the type of personality Cindy had always been drawn to. A man taking charge turned her on. When he commented that her ass looked great in a thong and that she should only wear thongs she excitedly agreed without any discussion.
Sure enough the first summer they saw each other she packed on 20 pounds. And now after four months of living together she was near 50 pounds heavier. There was a small sense of concern on Cindy’s part. Mostly just when she got brave enough to step on the scale. The 140’s and 150’s quickly gave way to higher numbers. Cindy was almost shocked beyond words for a minute, and then stuttered, “But, but you love my extra junk in my trunk.” She gave a half turn displaying her prominent rump.
“Yes, babe, but you’ve kind of leveled off,” he answered giving her rump a playful slap. I think it’s time to shock the system with a little diet and exercise.”
“Diet and exercise!”
“Oh yeah, well shock your system good. Then when you go back to usual your body will pile on all you lose and then some.”
Cindy was stunned, she was turned on by his firmnessbut the thought of having to diet seemed terrible. She mounted a defense. “But, honey, what happens if I like the diet and exercise. You’ll be stuck with a twig.”
“Yeah right. I know you better then that,” Mike winked. “I guarantee you’ll be cheating inside of a week. You may even gain weight on the diet portion.” He shrugged. “All the better since I know you be blimping out some more when I take you off your diet.”
Cindy shook her head flabbergasted. “Blimping? Honey you know I like eating I have no problem being a little fuller figured, obviously, but planning to blimp me out. I don’t know…” Even as she protested she found herself getting turned on by the firm tone he was taking.
“You could always prove me wrong by not cheating on the diet and sticking to the exercise program and passing up all the treats when I let you off your diet,” Mike smirked.
“Sounds like a challenge,” Cindy smirked back and sat down to her salad that she forced down despite her stomach grumbling audibly the whole time.
And so it started. Cindy tried her best to stick to the new lifestyle that Mike presented her with. She lasted a week on the exercise program. She was just so out of shape it was not fun for her. Plus she resented how much fun it was for Mike to see her come in from her mile walk panting and sweating. He watched her twenty minute TV aerobic sessions with glee since just about everything on Cindy jiggled as she tried to keep up with the svelte fitness instructor on the recording.
She managed to drop seven pounds that first week and felt the diet was enough from then on. Mike laughed and teased. “You lasted longer then I thought you would lugging those saddlebags around the block everyday.”
Cindy rolled her eyes and replied, “I think I’ll just start out with the diet. Once I drop a few sizes the exercising will come easier. Then you‘ll see, and you‘ll miss these saddlebags when they shrink.”
She backed up her claim a little, dropping another seven pounds over the next two weeks with just the diet. She did not gloat however as by that time she was already starting to cheat a little with stops at the convenience store for donuts before and after work.
Mike was no fool. He realized this and did his part by making it easy for her to cheat right at home. Ice cream and cookies were right there for the taking and sure enough the last week of the diet Cindy put back on five of the pounds she lost. That made the transition back to her usual diet easier. Having been stuffing herself “secretly” the past couple weeks she dove back into her usual meals when Mike started bringing home his work again. She did not even bring it up when it happened, she just hung on to her theory that Mike was wrong thinking the yo-yoing would be what pushes her past her 190-something high weight.
It did not happen overnight. The weight she lost came back, but in took two months and by that time Cindy was back into her routine and not even thinking about the numbers on the scale. By the time she blew through her peak weight she barely noticed. She bought a few new pairs of pants, but it did not register with her enough to give it any thought and continued eating as she was used to for months.
Mike on the other hand was giving it a lot of thought. He noticed how her portion sizes that had been huge when she was finally allowed to eat the foods she wanted after being denied for a month did not shrink all that much after the newness wore off. He noticed her underwear digging into her doughy hips and her face getting fuller.
Cindy was over 220 when she was finally shook out of her gluttonous trance. She was wearing size 22 pants over her 50 inch hips and stuffing herself into 38B bras.
That was when Mike surprised her. He watched her wedge her fat backside into a seat at the local movie theatre one night. He sat down next to her and whispered in her ear. “I think it’s time to put my little tubby on another diet.”
Cindy looked at him, shocked. “But this was your idea to get me to grown past my peak weight, or whatever.”
Mike was grinning broadly. “OH don’t worry. It won’t start for a month. I’ll let you binge and get it all of your system before we start the new diet and exercise program I got in store for you.” And with that he set a large tub of buttered popcorn on her bloated thighs squished together by the small seat.
For all his blatant announcement Mike knew what he was doing. Cindy binged almost instinctively in preparation for the upcoming diet. She ate herself silly, adding on almost another ten pounds in that months and adding another stretch mark and some dimples to her cottage cheese covered ass.
Then it was time to sweat and diet.
That first week in the house it resembled a episode of the biggest loser as Mike doled out only tiny amounts of fruit and water and ran her on a new treadmill until she looked about ready to collapse. At over 230 out of shape pounds Cindy would have struggled with walking and stretching, but the running and weight training Mike put her through that first week had her exhausted and sore.
Cindy dropped 10 pounds that first week, but by week two she was already cheating on the diet and skipping workouts. Mike had planned for the diet and exercise plan to be two months long, but by the second month, but after cheating so much she lost no more weight the remainder of the first month, by the second month she had the system down to where she gained five back eating herself stuffed during work and half-assing it through her exercise routine.
All to the glee of Mike who was eager to watch her reaction when he let her back on her usually gorging spree at the end of the two months. She gorged like she had been deprived of her favorite foods for a year and sure enough less then three months later she was popping buttons on the largest pants in her wardrobe. It was during this time that Cindy developed into an obese woman in body and mind. Her hips shelved out from her love handles and her belly sagged into a paunch. She had two chins no matter how her head was cocked. Chafing cream became a standard item in the nightstand as even with her exaggerated waddle her massive thighs rubbed raw if she traveled any great distance. New clothes had to come with elastic waists and all her heels got buried in the back of her closet in favor of more comfortable flats. Sex was done mostly in just one position; with Cindy on her side and Mike lifting her leg and sliding in. She had way to much padding now for doggy style to work easily, even though Mike liked to try when she was up for it if only to watch the waves of blubber ripple as he tried.
All the while Cindy was becoming more and more aware of just how ingrained her eating habits were. It was like she was programmed to be hungry all the time and saying no to any of the calorie laden dishes Mike offered was seemingly impossible. She got into a routine of eating almost 5,000 calories a day and within a few months found herself knocking on the door of 300 pounds when to her it seemed only weeks prior she had been just below 200. Like before her weight seemed to level off.
Cindy waited for the announcement from Mike that another crash diet was starting. It came one night while she was on the couch waiting for Mike to bring her a dessert. He emerged from the kitchen with a single Peppermint Patty and a pair of running shorts. “It’s looks like it’s about time for another shock to the system,” he smiled.
“Oh, honey, I don’t think I could handle it right now.” Cindy glanced down at her beached form on the couch. Her once bottom heavy pear shape was now a gooey blob. Still lopsided for the lower half, but a blob all the same.
“But it will be fun trying. I found a pair of running shorts that will accentuate every dimple in the gorgeous ass.”
“Isn’t there a limit, honey. I mean if I get much bigger I might not be able to walk down the aisle if you ever get around to proposing.”
“Well we can always time the ceremony to be during a diet. If we work hard we could maybe get you down to a 250 pound bride and if we work harder we can get you up to a 300 pound housewife once we get back from a honeymoon in…oh maybe Italy.”
The was silence as the image settled in to Cindy mind.
“I’ll let you mull that over. Maybe we should have another binge month before I put you through another diet.” Mike went back and brought out a tray of cookies and set it on the coffee table in front of his wife. After he left it was only a matter of minutes before Cindy gave into her desire and grabbed a couple handfuls. It was after eating the entire platter and needing to roll the waistband of her pants down below her stuffed gut that Cindy realized her future if she stayed with Mike. A wedding with her at a whopping 250 after an extensive diet. The yo-yoing up after that would be unreal if it were anything like the last couple times. It was one thing for Mike to be in control but it was quite another for Cindy to realize just how out of control she was.

Julia's had been the embarrasment and expense of having to go to a specialty store to get her 44FF cup bras. of Yes Cindy had lasted longer but the result was still the same. It was too bad, at its current pace her ass would have been an absolute vision at 350.
“Guess we’ll just have to keep searching for the Mrs. Right,” he told himself. "Perhaps it's even someone right under my nose," he mused. "Carla, my assitant manager at the east side store has gained at least 20 pounds since starting work and is quite the flirt whenever I'm around..."
