I've noticed that I get a lot of compliments and comments from other women about how confident I am and how comfortable I am with my body.

It's always something like, "I think it's great you're so comfortable with your body, I need to work on that!" Or, "I wish I felt confident enough to do that."

Of course, I mean this is coming from thin to plump women.

I have to wonder, do they think I'm confident because I just am or is it because they can't imagine being that confident if they were my size?

It's interesting to see that in many ways I AM more confident and at home in my body than the average "normal" sized woman.

Do any of the other confident women here get this? What do you think is going on with this dynamic? Do you think you're more confident at times than thinner friends?
