Sunday we're having a potluck with the neighbors. I'm making both beef and chicken taquitos and a big batch of spicy yaki soba noodles with stir-fried vegies. Mrs. Neighbor grew up in Europe and loves to bake so dessert is her specialty and it's pretty much heaven on a plate no matter what she makes.
Monday we are going to roast a turkey with dressing (or stuffing if you will), mashed potatoes and gravy. Because I still have two in the freezer and it's nearly time for good turkey sales again and we're both jonesing for turkey sandwiches and ain't nothing store bought as good as homemade.
