I know a lot of people cook or bake using Splenda. My question is do you use the same amount in a recipe as you would with sugar? I've heard that most people find it overly sweet if you measure the same as regular granulated sugar.

When I brew tea...I do use the same amount..I guess I should say that I don't like splenda..I use Altern..which is walmart's splenda. It has a completely different taste than Splenda to me and I find it not to be so..well sweet and aftertastey...
