Was just wondering if anyone knew where to get plus size crinolines/petticoats for... let's say... under 40$ before shipping? lol.
It's more for petticoats that will fit a 48" waist.
I know this seems like an odd request, given that it may just make a big girl look even bigger, but there's a reason behind it and I really want a petticoat to pull it off.
I owned 2 petticoats before but a friend ruined one and the other is just not what I need, lol.
Anyone have any ideas?
