I need a little help finding something, and it's not really fashion related, so here I am.

I need to find a daypack or rucksack that really fits my upper body.

I'm 6'2" with a 32" inseam and a 44" waist but I wear a 19x36 dress shirt. In other words, I have big shoulders and a long upper body. Most daypacks have straps that are just too short and when loaded, end up with the lower adjusting buckles on the straps right next to my armpit!

I backpacked into the Grand Canyon 2 years ago, but I used my big Jansport rigid frame backpack that I could adjust to fit pretty well.

This summer,we are going to Europe for 3 weeks and I need something smaller to carry every day things that does not not get uncomfortable after an hour and can be taken on and off pretty quickly.

I've looked at the Jansport Soltice 33, a couple of the North Face designs and one made by Eagle Creek. I don't want one with an elaborate hip strap, as for my use it only gets in the way.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!
