Hi, everybody. I know I've posted on this board before about dealing with my dad. Now I've got a question about dealing with my mom.

Basically ever since I've been gaining weight (right now I'm 161 lbs and 5'7") she's been concerned about my health. High Blood pressure and high cholesterol run in her side of the family. So she's been nagging me to lose weight. I'm not really sure what to say. I know she wouldn't understand my desire to gain. My mom's also had self-image problems for as long as I've been alive. She's always been less than 110 lbs and 4'10", but has always said how horribly fat she was. Therefore, I don't plan on bringing up my desire to gain. So that leaves me without much to say. What does everybody else think?
