Besides the two major references to the word Dimensions that crop up in the show (Time And Relative Dimensions In Space; and the story "Dimensions in Time"), there was another reference to...

...a newspaper called Dimensions.

This was in something called "Destiny of the Doctors" which apparently was some sort of video game with live footage. The Master (Anthony Ainley) toys with the player throughout.
