I'm pretty new to Dimensions and have really enjoyed reading everyone's posts on various topics. I have always wondered about something, and it seems like now I have a group who might be able to give some insight.

I've always wondered what other fat people's experience was related to discrimination.

I have been various stages of fat most of my life, from just chubby to now, topping the scales at 350. Maybe I'm in denial and just don't see it, but I don't feel that I have ever been discriminated because of my weight. Not in school, not in jobs, not with friends, not anywhere that I am aware of. Do others experience a lot of discrimination and if so, what form does it take?

Just curious -

Elizabeth
