Do we have any successful eBay'ers here?

I have a ton of stuff, from plus-size clothing to household stuff that I want to sell on eBay, but I've never done it before. I'd very much appreciate any tips you can offer, for any aspect of doing this -- from organizing things for selling and mailing to setting up the pages, and pricing.
