The feeder is highly misunderstood at times, and rightly so as some
feeders have no concept of health and insist that their feedee eat a
bunch of garbage and ruin his/her health. May I in the most simplest
of terms make a few observations. One group of feedee/feeder are into
the consept if infantileism, that is both partners want to reach
immobility, not they both want it for them selves, but one of them
chooses it as the goal. The other aids in the process and both
recieve sexual satisfaction from the process. When the couple is in
love this is how they express love. The infantile part comes in when
one is the care giver to the helpless one. Health in this case does
not seem to be a major issue, rather the end result of caring for and
being cared for. I am not saying that there are not exceptions, but
of the people I have spoken with the benifits of being that large
outweigh the health problems which arise.
Then there is the group of feeders/feedees who are into humiliation.
It seems that there are self esteem issues with this group. Never
being good enough, and enjoying this affirmation by the other partner.
The issue of control seems to arise on the surface. One can be
submissive, the other dom. The submissive one allows the dom partner
to fill her body with things which are not of benifit to him/her, and
cause harm. To the one who likes to be humiliated this can be the
source of great satisfaction. The joys of being in very poor health
outweigh the health issues themselves. I see this all the time with
many feeders/feedees as there is joy in being out of shape. SO it
would seem that this group would have minimal inteterest in health.
The next classification I believe would be those who are simply
attracted to the huge female form. They have a balanced out look on
gianing, want it strive for their rendition of beauty, but are
restrained with common sense to the point of considering the health of
the feedee. Like wise the feedee/feeder have no control issues, are
not into humiliation, control, or things that would cause suffering
to the other. This group wants the gaining, likes the results,
expresses love, and are happy with themselves generally. This group
is going to want to ensure healthy gains, for prolonging life, and
enjoying each others company and fulfilling their roll in this life.
Healthy gains are also a good part of a healthy relationship with each
other. Respect play a very important roll, and love is fulfilled. To
gain healthily one must have balanced diet, minimal processed foods,
sugars, and basic junk food. When one overloads his/her system with
junk water weigh gain will be experienced, and pain, inflamation,
lethargy, emotional difficulties will be the result. The whole
chemistry of the body will be effected. Just remember a simple rule it
is God who created the body and put as natural a food in it as you
can. If man screwed with it added chemicals it might not be the best.
Also figure the quantity you are eating, if it has chemicals in it
you are putting way to many substances in your body that the body will
have to deal with. Example a big bag of chips as a suggested serving
of say 12, and you eat the whole bag, how many servings of chemicals
are you getting?
Eat fresh, and make fresh foods. When I cook I use litle prepared
boxed foods. I use fresh meat, vegetables, and cook most every thing
from scratch and can do so very quickly. I use a pressure cooker
quite a bit as it cuts cooking time and aids in retaining vitamin /
mineral content. It also aids in making cheaper cuts of meat tender
and delicious especially since the feedee will be eating a lot. This
also cuts feeding costs.
Just another quick point fresh bottled spring water is a must and a
good quantity of it each day to supply the nessesary water and to ward
off dehydration which also can cause rapid heart beat, and joint
problems. Red meat is not good for joints to as it tends to cause
inflamation.
