I eat 3-4 meals a day, never junkfood, rarely candy and lots of fruit and veggies. I'm not a fanatic, but I'd say I eat pretty healthy. Probably healthier than most of my (thinner) friends.
Too the point:
I struggle with paranoia when I do grocery shopping. If I'm buying cookies/chips/candy...(Including stuff like butter, sour cream etc.)for friends, a party, or simply myself, I feel like everyone is judging me when I enter the counter.
The reason behind this is because I'm...well, fat.
I'm convinced the other customers thinks I'm eating this stuff everyday and nothing else. That's why I fill up with LOTS of healthy stuff so it wont be so visible. (Probably the main reason why I'm eating so much fruit, hah)
Does anyone feel the way as I do? What do you suggest I do to overcome this silliness? And do people really care as much as I think?
Thanks for answering
