I want to buy my husband a pasta machine for Christmas, with the obvious alterior motive, but I don't have any idea what to get for him. Does anyone have any experience with pasta makers? Can you recommend a brand/model? I don't want to spend too much on it (I've seen them in for over a thousand dollars), but I also want one of good quality that will be benefit us for years of pasta dinners. Thanks for your help.
