I'm new to these boards, so hello and please play nice with this newbie =)

Allow me to start off by saying that thoughts, comments, and support is greatly appreciated ;)

What I'm aiming to do here is see how much weight I can gain in approximately 30 days. How am I going to do this? Simple, eat eat eat! Well...not really; It's simpler than that.

Having figured my average metabolic rate to be ~1800, I started poking around for foods with high carbohydrate content. The best solution that came to mind was lard...yes lard ( how stereotypical, no? ). Since one cup of lard is ~1900 carbs, I figured that 2 cups of this stuff would suit the experiment since I easily consume as much carbs as, if not more than, my MBR. Mathematically, I should gain nearly 2lbs a day, resulting in a total gain of ~60lbs in a month. I know that when you throw biology into the mix, it's not going to result in ~60lbs since my body probably won't process all of it.

To add some spice into the mix, I got some body shapers that focus on shaping the lower tummy, hips, and butt. Theoretically, it should work. But again, throwing biology into the mix can complicate things. Also, I know that it's genetics that determine where the fat placement is, but I've already had a fairly natural bell bottom shape, plus having been on estrogen for nearly 6 months ( was going for trans and ran out of estro 3 months back >.< ) should only help the fact.

I'm male and currently 6'1 185lbs and shooting to be at least 190 or even 195 by the end of next week, so we'll see how that goes. Also, I'll be taking a photo journal of the progress for some show and tell ;)

Let the experiment commence!
