I have to believe there are many out there with my situation and would love to know techniques for dealing.........
My current situation is only about 6 weeks old...however, my boss is in charge of 8 of us, and does it VIA EMAIL. She rarely leaves her desk, but summons all to her, which is fine.
However, my office is MESSED up royally, people who shouldn't have jobs, DO; and they SHOULD be replaced by much more efficient folks easily.
So the good news is, I don't know what the hell I would have to do to get fired, but the bad news, I am surrounded by some way to chatty-cathys...loud mouths, and have to listen to it all day...and by inefficiency that drives me crazy..
