Let me start off by saying that i cook dinner for my family almost every night. I don't post on here, because I'm not too fond of it when it becomes monotonous. ANYWAY.
I made chicken last night, and my sister (who's 16) decides to inform me that she can't eat it because she's not eating meat anymore. This is fine, because I went through a brief period of time where I did it myself too. My issue is that she's very, very active and i want to make sure she's getting what she needs. I also need something fairly easy, somewhat quick and maybe even appealing to my extremely picky father.
Any ideas?
