One thing that I love is that you can pay $10 extra to have them change the look of the garment (the sleeve style/collar type/length) to your specifications of exactly how you want it to be. Also, they have sizes 0-26, but if you find that your body's proportions don't usually fit well into one of those standard sizes, you can pay $10 and send them your exact measurements (also if they are smaller than size 0 or larger than size 26 that's fine), and they will make it to fit you exactly.
