It has been such a long time since I have had a wide-eyed wonder about much of anything, not that I'm not usually a happy person...but today has been one of those days where I feel great, I feel blessed, and I'm in absolute awe of the wonderful people I come in contact with on the various boards I frequent.
I don't post here often, but quietly, I THRIVE on reading your posts. You challenge me and my thinking, you educate me, you inspire me. The people who spend time here posting and sharing sometimes very personal thoughts and feelings just blow me away. So many people from so many backgrounds and walks of life coming together and giving of themselves when we live in such a selfish world. It is just amazing to me how I always leave this board with my spirit quenched. I feel your joys and your sorrows and you may not think that what you do just by sharing your experience makes a difference, but you, my big brothers and sisters are changing somebody's world just by sharing yourself and supporting each other.
I've been offline for a week or so and I'm getting back around to catch up and it just hit me as I was reading threads here how incredible the individuals are that make the size positive community what it is. Maybe being away for a bit just made me appreciate it, but I have to say thank you to everyone who contributes to this community. A big thank you also for making an otherwise rainy dreary Friday a WOW day! You all make me so proud and glad to have opportunity to know you even just from your posts.
