The great white north, eh?
I just realized the other day that I don't think I've ever seen Spider Robinson discussed on this board. He is a Science Fiction author, probably best know for his "Callahan" series (the first few were collections of short stories, some more recent ones are novels). In one of the earlier stories we find out that the narrator of the whole series is an FA--he doesn't use that term, but he makes his preferences quite clear. Unfortunatley he loses the (big) girl to an FA alien, but it was still possibly my first formal exposure to someone preferring big girls.

Somewhere later in the series (I have not read all of them, I mostly prefer the early collections), the narrator gets married to a BBW.

In another of the author's books (I forget the title), the co-lead couple are a BBW & BHM. There size plays minimal role in the plot, it is just who they are, and they make no apologies for being who they are, and are quite clearly happy together.

I think it might of been one of his short stories (not a Callahan short story), in which there is a space station inhabited totally by fat people, who generally are all attracted to other fat people.

So if he is not an FA per se, I'd say that at the least he is size accepting and knows and likes some FA.

PS. He is a bit of an unrepentant hippy, so those allergic to that sort of world view may want to stay away. Having said that, I would say that a fair bit of his stuff is worth reading on its own merits, although he's written a few stinkers too.
