1 lb. Frozen Meatballs (NOT Italian style, just plain)
1 lb. Wide Egg Noodles
2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
couple shakes ground nutmeg
ground pepper to taste
1 cup sour cream
Boil water; prepare noodles per package directions.
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat; add meatballs and heat through. Toss in a little butter or oil if they seem dry. Remove meatballs.
Add butter to skillet. Once melted, stir in flour to form a roux. Add beef broth and worcestershire sauce - it should thicken up pretty quickly. Add nutmeg and pepper to taste. Stir on one cup sour cream. Add meatballs.
Serve over egg noodles.
