Very soon I'm going to be the new owner of an old school Singer 301 sewing machine thanks to a kind person on Freecycle. I've wanted to learn how to sew since I can remember--and here's my chance.
Can y'all recommend any websites to find fat-friendly sewing patterns? I was traumatized as a kid with my mom's horribly ugly patterns she got at the craft store that she sized up for me.
I want to find patterns that are hip, well-done, and made for a fat body.
Sewing help would be good too, since I still need to LEARN how to do it.
Can never have too many hobbies...
