I love the beach but when I go I wear a shirt and conventional bathing suit. I have always wanted to go to the beach and "let it all hang out". So I bought the largest size Speedo available and mustered up the courage to go. It was so liberating!! There were a lot of people on the beach and I am sure that some made comments given the level of fat prejudice in the country. But most folks didn't seem to notice or care. Excepting eating or sex it was one of the most pleasurable and satisfying things I've ever done. The only downside was the sunburn on my heretofore unexposed belly fat. Anyone else have a similar Fat Liberation Moment?
