The great white north, eh?
I like feeling the power in my legs when they are propelling my ~215 pounds swiftly up a staircase or pedaling me up a hill. (an onlooker might more notice my belly jiggling, but I can feel the power!) If I were a bunch lighter I’d probably not much notice the effort in getting up those things; at my current weight I can get up them well, but I feel the effort. To put it another way, those things are actually a not bad strength (and if long enough then also cardio-vascular) workout at my weight.

In general fat people may find various activities a good work out, that thinner people may not. Obviously the heavier that you are, the less extreme the action will need to be to give you a work out. Lifting four hundred pounds from sitting to standing is serious weight lifting, for example!

So lots of people here are fathletes, just by living their daily lives. What are your favorite fathletic events?
