I got a v-neck, thin knit sweater at Target the other week for $13 [sale price, regularly $16]. I had to go back for 2 more.
It's not a high-quality knit that will last for years, but it's exactly what I was looking to get and they had it in size 28/30. The sleeves are full length so my wrists don't feel exposed.
It's actually LONG ENOUGH! I got really tired of shirts that nearly showed my bra if I raised my arms. It looks small, especially after washing, but stretches quite a bit when worn.
Target Sweater online They have more colors in the store. I bought the brown, scarlet, and a kelly green not shown on the site.
