Since all the attention was on the big prize its been easy to miss some interesting Congressional and local races.
My vote for best upset victory goes to Raul Ruiz a Harvard trained emergency room doctor who was born in Mexico to farmer parents but nonetheless managed to upset celebrity candidate (and incumbent Congresswoman) Mary Bono Mack.
