This vegetarian knows enough to stay away from dairy when she has a killer cold. I don’t actually do that, but I realize dairy is mucus producing. Enough about snot…

I need pantry recipes to get me through my triennial, killer cold.

I have:
Cans of soups
Cans of tomatoes
Pasta
White and brown rices
6 eggs
Bread
Hamburger buns
2 veggie burgers
1 can refried 1 can chili beans
Variety of cheese, including 4 oz Velveeta
Red wine
1 head Garlic
1 red Onion (the only firm onion I could find)
My potatoes started to sprout when I ignored them but I do have Potato Buds (a major guilty pleasure)
Hot sauces
Mustards
Mayo
Sour cream
½ pint Half & Half
Brownie mix
Oils, spices and salt
Cashews and peanuts

My head is, as I call it, a ‘cement head’ so it’s not working to its full potential when it comes to feeding me. Help me O wise ones! I will probably end up ordering a pizza with jalapeno peppers just because.

My thanks for your consideration.
