I had to cancel going to Vegas this year cause mother in law passed away and we had some associated costs with that. THen I planned to hit Edmonton and surprise my best friend for her 40th birthday and then off to do another friends wedding pictures that weekend in Alberta. THe Gods are against me when it comes to getting away we haven't had a vacation since 1986!
Last night someone set fire(or so we think investigation still to be competed) to our Isuzu 4x4 at 3am in our driveway. It totaled the vehicle, burned the siding off the garage and damaged the garage doors. Not sure if there will be one or two deductables to pay and of course the cost to replace the vehicle and contents means no trip in two weeks. Its a long weekend here in Sask so have to wait till Tuesday to go to insurance and find out costs and of course all that will be held up till the investigation complete.
I just can't help but wonder why it is I can never get ahead? Was I such a bad person in a past life or am I not doing what I need to in this life? Its annoying and frustrating for sure.
