I just read this on Yahoo. Not that I'm the least bit interested in losing weight, but the flavor connection might be one reason I loooove to eat. :eat2:

AP via Yahoo! News: Limiting Flavors May Be Key to Weight Loss

Katz, director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center, says people stop eating when the brain's appetite center registers "full." But eating lots of flavors promotes overeating because different sensors must register full for appetite to subside, Katz says.
Ain't no way I'm limiting flavors in my food intake, so my fat is here to stay! ;) I absolutely love rich flavorful foods, and a good satisfying meal can give me a buzz that's almost erotic. I almost gain weight just watching those yummy programs on Food Network. :D
