It's a quick and easy dessert that's rich as hell and so good.The idea hit me yesterday out of the blue and the wife loves it.
In a mixing bowl combine 8 oz. whipped topping ( in the tub, not the can)with one box of instant pudding mix and be sure to use an electric mixer. Let sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes and enjoy.
If you are watching, fat, carbs , or sugar, use fat free or light whipped topping or sugar free, fat free pudding mix. My test run was FF topping and Jello SF, FF Cheesecake flavor. WOW.
