O happy day, we're getting a new puppy! Another Shih Tzu, from a breeder in Toledo, Ohio. We're in California, and we'll need to make arrangements to pick up the puppy and carry it home in the cabin (versus in the cargo hold, which is completely unacceptable to me and the breeder). I'm looking into airline policies on pet flight travel, but I'm wondering if anyone cares to share your story on flying with your pet, or if you've heard any horror stories about any particular airline regarding pet travel.
