I suppose I could have put these in the restaurant food pics thread - but there are people in these pics too, so I thought I'd give them a thread of their own.
We were at a brew pub called John Harvard's
There were about 25 of us but I only got pics of the people sitting around me. I know, I am not very good at being a roving reporter!
This was a beer sampler I got. Did I ever mention that "samplers" were invented just for me??
Here is the pub's beer menu, in case you are curious which beers I got to try. Most of these were in my sampler.
Me - sampling!
Ginny (BigBeautifulMe) with "SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP - A creamy dip of spinach, artichoke hearts & blended cheeses baked til golden and topped with fresh salsa. Served with crisp corn tortillas" (wording from the menu).
Andrew (Cactopus) and with "HUMMUS PLATTER - Creamy hummus served with pita bread, feta cheese, parsley oil and Kalamata olives"
Gordon (Gordo Mejor) and me with "KETTLE CHIPS - Crisp potato chips fried fresh and seasoned. Topped with cheddar and Jack cheeses, crumbled bacon, scallions and sour cream".
I got "BUFFALO WINGS - House marinated and fried to perfection. Tossed in Buffalo sauce."
Casey (TSL) and her drink - a house specialty...um...argh...I forget what it was!
Gordon's dinner (yep, dinner!) "APPLE CRISP - Apples, cinnamon and sugar covered with a crisp oatmeal topping. Served with a scoop of Edys vanilla bean ice cream and caramel sauce".
Later that evening I thought it was about time I got some Hot Sex. But don't worry - it was safe Sex. The cap was still on!
