I'm very sensitive to MSG it makes me wheeze and gives me horrible headaches - but I had no idea it was in everything. So I stopped eating everything prepared and my regular "allergy" wheezing stopped. So I have to change my whole way of eating now and that's OK - I feel so much better in just a couple of days.
