Free speech or common decentcy

Read the article and tell me where do you side. I honestly don't know. Should you be allowed to protest at a funeral of a solidear. Let's broaden that, should you be allowed to protest at a funeral at all? I'm not sure the answer. We limit free speech in terms of safety (No shouting fire in a theatre) should we do it for common sense decentcy?
