Okay I really have to watch carbs, because they can make me physically sick so I tried a new snack today. Fried Cheese Crisps, they were so yummy I had to share.
I took a block of cheese and cut small cubes then put them in a pan over low heat and fried them until they were really browned, I turned them when they were fried enough to hold togther, I used a fork so I could turn them and keep them flat. They were so good, I think the are good by them selves but would be great with egg or tuna salad and also good on a green salad crumbled up. I love love love cheese. This is worth a try, they blow cheese its and cheese nips away!
