Friends -
I, and others on these boards, have harped on the issue of exercise almost constantly. Choosing exercise over inactivity is not the same as choosing to be slim or fat, muscular or not, feeder, feedee, stuffer or whatever. It is a choice about supporting your other choices with health, a sense of well-being and, maybe, longevity.
I hardly know where to post this. If I could, I would post it in ALL the forums, to be sure it came to the attention of as many as possible. Moderators: feel free to do just that.

DOES an activity have to get you out of breath to count as exercise? Do you really have to do half-an-hour a day? Is pumping iron a good way to keep your heart healthy? These are just some of the dilemmas many of us face when working out the best way to get fit. The good news is scientists do broadly agree on the best ways to get fit, they just haven't been very good at telling us what they've discovered.
