The snark terms that are plays on Jonathan Gruber's name such as Gruberish, Gruberism, and Grubermentia are not allowed for the same reason it is an infractable offense to use the term teabagger or variants thereof. It is insulting to play with someone's name in such a way.
If you want to criticize someone's actions, words, or policies, go right ahead, within the boundaries and guidelines. But it's not OK to mess with people's names like that.
