I've gained a few in a year, I'm currently up to 230, these pants once were loose. I'm keeping them as a measurement. I think I'm going for 280, I've been in the 220 range for 3 years now. I weighed 170 for all my teen years, then when I turned 21 I decided to gain a few which happened to be 50 pounds. Now that I'm 230 if I did it again, I'd be where I always kind of wanted to be, at 280. Does anyone know about how fat gets used to your body. It's nearly impossible to lose weight now. When I initially gained the weight I could lose it rather easily, now I could starve myself for a year and couldn't take off an ounce. I was actually trying to lose a few and after a year I've only gained 10 pounds.
