I went to the "Big Moves" revue this spring which was a ton of fun. "Big Moves" is a size-positive dance group that also advocates for fat people in dance education. They are doing a new show in October and November called "GARGANTUA: Fear of a Fat Planet." Its billed as sci-fi dance musical and should be a great experience. They have shows on October 20-21 in Boston, October 27 in Lowell, MA, October 28 in Northhampton, MA, and November 3 and 4 in New York City. You can find more details here.
