There is a Pete Seeger song that includes the words, "Old age is golden so I've heard said, But sometimes I wonder as I crawl out of bed."

I know the feeling, I wake up thinking of all the wonderful things I can do, the various social service, church, or simply social things that I can do during the day. I am full of energy and motivation. Then I try to stand up.
