For years I was average weight until about 6 years ago when I started getting sick on almost a daily basis. For 5 years I wondered what was wroing with me. I would eat and get sick afterwards meanwhile I was losing weight the entire time and my body didn't absorb any nutrients. Eventually I ended up in the hospital when they discovered that I have Gluten Celiacs Disease: a condition where the immune system attacks the intestines whenever they consumed any products that contain (wheat, rye, barley and/or oat) gluten. This was in February 2007 and I was 6'5" and weighed 131 lbs.
I have since started flushing the gluten out of my body and have started consuming as much dairy based fat as I can handle right now.:eat1:
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or tips for gaining the gluten free way. I appreciate all of your advice and help.:eat2:
