I haven't been really subtle here about my gun nut ways. Being who I am, I ordered some small parts for a rifle I'm building from an online retailer in Washigton State. I've always had great luck with them but they really impressed the heck out of me today.

(As far as the times go, remember that they're three hours behind my time zone.)

Upon ordering I received an immediate "thank you" response at 8:10pm EST.

At 8:49pm EST I got an e-mail confirming my order and thanking me for the business.

At 8:50pm EST, I got another e-mail saying "The following package was shipped to you via the U.S. Postal Service:"

So in 40 minutes they had my order boxed up and ready for the mailman, despite the recent mad rush for sales in their industry. They went out of their way to treat me like a human, and not just a "some guy".

They're always that good. This isn't new for them.

What I want to know is how many other businesses are so good with their customers outside the gun industry? Who sells electronics and works to earn your loyalty? Car parts? Medical stuff?
