I live in Vancouver, BC which has a VERY large Asian population so Chinese New Year's celebrations have started.

This is the Year of the Ox by the way.
I used to go down to the parade when I was younger with my grandma and sister. It was always really fun and interesting. I wish I liked the lychee drink I got but it didn't appeal to me. All the Chinese grandma's thought it was funny when my sister and I tried it though and thought we were good sports.
