Harvard Lampoon Fat Comic Strip?

As a kid I used to sneak peaks at a magazine my sister had that included a comic strip that chronicled the adventures of a fat woman and her husband. I think the magazine was the Harvard Lampoon, but I can't remember the strip's name or who did it. I have tried looking online, but can't seem to find any reference to it. Does anyone know what it might have been called?
