Have you ever sent food back at a restaurant?

If there's something wrong with it, I'll send it back. Last time, I was at Island's and my tiki tenders were like.. not cooked all the way, so I sent them back to be recooked or something.

If I just don't like it.. that's my issue. I've never ordered something that I've hated, so usually I just kind of deal with it.
