Overnight Rooms - Please note our rooms book up VERY quickly - please call ASAP and book your room at 781-935-8760 and asking for the Heavenly Bodies Room Block. Our special rate is $75 and it is good for Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon nights for those arriving early and departing late. Please note you do NOT need a room to attend our events. If you have any trouble booking a room, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.
Paying @ The Door: Dance/Karoake/Pool events can be paid at the door. We need you to RSVP for meal events ONLY. Please read below.
RSVP Information: (You only need to RSVP for the Luncheon or Breakfast - dance/karaoke/pool events can be paid at the door)
We are going to go by the honor system this time instead of having people prepay. If you are attending the lunch and/or breakfast please email us at [email protected] by AUGUST 27th and let us know your name and any names of those attending with you. You will be required to pay the fee for these meals at the Saturday night party. If you are not arriving until Sunday, please make a note of that in your email to us. If you RSVP and do not cancel by August 27th, then we will be prepaying for your meal to the hotel. Please keep this in mind. Those who RSVP and are no-shows will not be able to RSVP for any future events.
Sunday Night Pajama Party: You are not required to come in pajamas, but most people do and it's a fun night. We ask that you limit your pajamas to PG-13 to maintain a comfortable atmosphere. If you want to wear your PJs to the karoake portion of the event, that's fine by us as both events run right into one another. So get comfy and get ready to party
Late Checkout Breakfast: If you RSVP for the "late" breakfast, you will be allowed until 2pm to checkout of your room. We will be taking room numbers once you pay for your RSVP at the Saturday night event.
