Divided Federal courts have given different rulings on President Obama's signature healthcare law. Twenty six states brought suit in Florida to overturn the healthcare law. A Federal judge agreed with them and declared the individual mandate unconstitutional and by extension the entire healthcare law.

If the Supreme Court agrees with the ruling by U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson, that would be a big black-eye to the Obama Administration. The Stimulus Law and the Healthcare Law were two of the administration's biggest accomplishments. Unfortunately, the $878 billion dollar Stimulus Law never stimulated the economy. Unemployment remains high.
If the Supreme Court declares the Healthcare law unconstitutional, then many would question if President Obama is a failure as president?
