Our weekend events are greatly popular and you definitely don't want to miss this one! We normally have 300+ people in attendance and it is a weekend that people truly look forward to. Important Notes - Updated May 19th, 2008
Pool and Stairs To Access It - If you have attended parties at this hotel in the past and have tried to go to the pool to realize there are only ladders, please note that will NOT be the case when you come to our weekend event. We will have special stairs that enter into the pool with a platform and rails leading into the pool that are rated to 600lbs and super sturdy and accessible for all those able to do stairs. Overnight Rooms - We have added rooms to our block over 3 times and we have almost sold the hotel out on peak nights, so you MUST call as soon as possible to be able to get a room in the hotel. Please call ASAP and book your room at 781-272-8800 and asking for the Heavenly Bodies Room Block. Our special rate is $79 and it is good for Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon nights for those arriving early and departing late. Please note you do NOT need a room to attend our events. If you have any trouble booking a room, please contact contact Heather by phone at 413-668-7799 and she will do her best to assist you. Please note if you have troubles with Central Reservations (where they transfer you), it might be a good idea to try calling the hotel back directly and asking someone at the Front Desk to help you, they do a much better job in fixing things in sell out situations and squeezing in rooms.
Paying @ The Door: Dance/Karaoke/Pool events can be paid at the door and everyone is welcome. No pre-registration or membership needed.
RSVPs & Payment For Sunday Game Lunch and Monday Farewell Breakfast:
These meal events are sold out - if you'd like to go on a waiting list, please email me your name to [email protected] - for those who have RSVP'd and not yet paid, you may do so via paypal by sending payment to [email protected] otherwise you will have to pay full price at the event.
What is the Sunday Indoor/Outdoor Pool Party?: We will have a regular indoor dance party from 9pm to 12am with the party following up to the indoor pool and outdoor patio will open at 11:30p and be open until 1:30am. So break out those summer clothes and bathing suits because it's getting hot in here!
Sunday Night Indoor and Outdoor Pool Party Attire: You are not required to come in your bathing suit or summer clothes, but we encourage you to as most people do and it's a fun night. We ask that you limit your attire to PG-13 (No Thong Backed Bikinis) to maintain a comfortable atmosphere. If you want to wear your bathing suit or summer gear to the karaoke portion of the event, that's fine by us as both events run right into one another. So get comfy and get ready to party
Heavenly Bodies Bash Shirts: Bruce Gilbert, an amazing BBW Admirer artist of Generation XL, will be providing Bash shirts for sale to those interested in sizes 1x-6x. Time To Be Announced (Around 9pm) - For those arriving arriving early and wanting to partake in some dinner and mingling, one of our own Heavenly Bodies Carla will be putting together a Meet & Greet dinner at a local restaurant. This will be pay on your own and you will need to give her your name if you are interested in attending by emailing her at [email protected]. The info on the restaurant, meeting time and their full menu will be posted soon.

Saturday - May 24th
